3. Pricing and Tax Treatment (VAT and Exports)
Published prices correspond to the Retail Price (RRP / PVP) and include packaging and handling costs, unless otherwise stated.
-
Spain and European Union (Individuals): The retail price includes the applicable VAT in accordance with current regulations. The invoice will reflect the corresponding breakdown (taxable base and VAT).
-
European Union (Businesses / Self-Employed registered in VIES/ROI): Transactions may be invoiced exempt from VAT as an intra-Community supply, subject to prior verification of the intra-Community operator number and compliance with formal requirements.
-
Non-EU Countries (United Kingdom, United States, Latin America, etc.): Sales are considered exports and will be invoiced exempt from VAT, provided that the dispatch of goods outside European Union territory is duly accredited through relevant customs and transport documentation (SAD/DUA, international bill of lading/consignment note).
Customs Duties and Local Taxes: Customs duties, import taxes, or local customs fees at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the retail price.
4. Documentation for VAT Exemptions
To apply VAT exemptions on intra-Community deliveries or exports outside the EU, proof of transport must be retained. The seller may request the necessary documents from the buyer or their transport agent (SAD/DUA, signed delivery notes); if these are not provided, the sale will be invoiced with the corresponding VAT.
5. Payment Methods
Payment is made via bank transfer.
6. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery Times
-
Processing Time: The estimated time for crafting/preparation is between 1 and 3 weeks, to which the carrier's transit time will be added depending on the destination. This may vary according to the format and specific piece.
-
International Shipments: Shipments may experience additional delays due to customs procedures and inspections in the destination country, which are beyond our control.
7. Statutory Warranty
All delivered pieces are guaranteed to faithfully match the specifications, materials, and photographs shown on the website. In the event of any hidden defect or incident during transport, claims will be processed in accordance with consumer protection regulations.
8. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Individual consumers have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the piece to exercise their right of withdrawal.
-
Authorization: Returns must be coordinated and authorized in advance via email.
-
Conditions: The artwork must be returned in its original packaging or in equivalent packaging that guarantees maximum protection.
-
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs (and import/export customs clearance fees, if applicable) will be borne by the customer. If the artwork suffers damage due to inadequate packaging, the customer will be liable for the deterioration.
-
Exception (Custom / Commissioned Works): The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made pieces (where the customer has specified custom dimensions, colors, texture combinations, or particular variations).
9. Invoicing
To receive an invoice with specific tax details (Company Name, Tax ID / VAT Number, Address), please provide this information prior to completing payment or by email to contacto@anagrajales.com.
